Introduction
A Cross Hatch cutter is a high precision tool with Sharp blades and its teeth are defined at specific angle with close tolerances to make accurate cuts on Paint Coated substrates.
The cross-cut test is performed to identify the resistance of paint coating separation from substrates when a right-angle lattice pattern is cut into the coating with help of Cross Hatch Cutter, penetrating through to the coated substrate.
